I recently re-watched "Challenge of the SuperFriends" and it put me in the mood to draw another NemeSis picture.
Now for this design, I literally had NOTHING to go with for making a Masked version of her, except for the whip.
I just pretty much improvised the whole thing, alothough my more recent Sedusa pictures help inspired me for the tiara. But overall I am quite content with the results.
