Had a cool design in mind for a bug, worked him into Emery's story.

Emery- as a young bug, slaughtered many of the Highreign Guards who tried to arrest and kill her father.
This bug is one of the kingdoms strongest warriors. He broke up the fight, and the few surviving guards chanted for him to kill Emery.

With nail drawn to her neck, he hesitated... and in that moment, took it upon himself to escort Emery to the castle while letting her father free. Obviously the guards were furious.

To the 4 kings however, an opportunity they foresaw. It was in that moment Emery became a trainee to be their next assassin... if she could prove her bloodlust and strength in the Colosseum first.
This bug helped train her, soon helping her surpass even his capable might.

While he is no assassin, he takes pride in defending Highreign, even if, he too... does not believe in the 4 kings,
