A rouge ice cream truck, which appears to be remote controlled, has been spotted flinging countless gallons of ice cream at citizens, causing them to gain incredible amounts of fat in a short time. Local officials urge residents to immediately report the truck if seen, and to stay away from the vehicle.

Milehie is generally a pretty peaceful place, not a whole lot of nefarious deeds going on. Most in the city are totally okay with spontaneously blowing up in size, so much so that people don't bat an eye when it happens. Some people take advantage of this and decide to upsize anyone they so choose. Its not often it happens, but it does.
