SYNOPSIS
From a dimension beyond our understand comes a being of unimaginable power–a creature capable of wiping out entire galaxy-sized civilizations within seconds, able to manipulate the minds of many to her whims as a means of orchestrating countless wars between said civilizations all for their sick, twisted pleasure–a being that we could only dream of stopping, and even our dreams would not be enough to stop her cosmic tirade. At this point, one could only ask: Why? Why would they waste their energy on our mortal, three-dimensional realm? Well none of that really matters, since this is Rose that we’re talking about. And she finds all that stuff “rather cliché for the kind of person that I am.”
ORIGINS
For the majority of the life she remembers living, Rose grew up in an “environment” where many of her “subordinates” were…well, not exactly beings that even she could comprehend; after all, the only extra dimension she could ever transcend to was the fourth `one–which for us, is already enough to be a horror beyond our understand–but for other cosmic entities of her caliber, it certainly wasn’t enough for them. On top of that, trying to maintain balance in the universe was not exactly something she was interested in, so she would spend the next thousand years of her life observing the mortal realm: exploring various civilizations, including ours, not just to find a different purpose for herself, but to stick to a third-dimensional form that she intends to stay for the rest of her life. Throughout this long journey, she has learned to love what our normal plane of existence has to offer, and despite witnessing the many conflicts between various lifeforms she has observed (including ours), and even stopping a few herself–albeit with less horrifying methods–she managed to look past these aspects to see the beauty of what she has missed out from the mortal realm. But throughout this arduous journey of discovery, there was one more thing she would yearn for: connection.
Upon observing specific individuals from afar, Rose took interest in a particularly older woman: Kayle Willenburgh, who at the time, was having a friendly sparring match with her daughter, Furnale. Despite having never met this pair of people before, Rose felt a strong connection with this apparent family, as if fate itself meant for her to be the second daughter that Kayle never thought she wanted. After changing into a form similar to the family, as well as an extensive explanation of her origin–one that Kayle surprisingly didn’t think much of–she would accept Rose as her daughter, more specifically her “older” daughter, designating her as “physically 28-years old.” While it took some time for Furnale to even feel comfortable around her illegitimate older sister, she eventually caved and accepted her as a family member as well.
THE PRESENT
And thus, this brings us to the present. Now grown accustomed to the lifestyle of a mortal being, Rose has since developed certain interests that she partakes in. Perhaps the most bizarre, but not unusual of her, is her desire to mess with people (or as she likes calling it, “teasing people”), in which she would primarily use her large body in various ways to “tease” people–whether it’s by smothering them beneath her body, or sticking them between her tits or ass cheeks, she can do many different things to people in order her satiate her need to be quite the tease, a trait that seemingly stayed consistent with Rose even before the discovery of our world. Occasionally, she may even use her partial true form in order to satiate this desire, usually with her countless tendrils, and maybe projecting her voice through people’s thoughts. But despite this urge constantly eating at her–both figuratively, and literally, to some extent–she still manages to uphold a standard for where she directs such actions, in which she’ll usually go as far as to use her body and/or her other forms to tease just her friends, with some of them being messed with more than others. But for everyone else, the most she’ll do is project her voice into the minds of others to give mildly inconvenient thoughts, or just slightly move objects in a person’s home just enough that they wouldn’t notice any difference at first glance using her four-dimensional form. So god forbid you manage to be neighbors with Rose, else you’ll be constantly wondering why you keep having strange thoughts, or wondering why your TV is off-center on your wall by a few centimeters.
INTELLIGENCE
For someone with a labyrinthian mind, Rose tends to get lost in said mind quite a lot. On some days, you could ask her the most thought-provoking question that no normal person could give a straight answer. On other days, she may forget where she left her phone…that she’s holding in her other hand while looking for it; the point is, her intellect manages to fluctuate between exhibiting the mind of any other cosmic entity, and the mind of a college dropout. So if you ever decide to gain some advice or knowledge from Rose of all people, maybe try planning ahead on which day she may give you a proper answer.
SKILLS
Besides her capabilities as a cosmic entity, Rose has learned a few skills that only mortal beings like ourselves would know. At least, that’s what she thinks. Here’s a few that she managed to learn:
Cooking? - Despite the fact that she can technically do just about anything that exists, Rose has limited herself to only consume food that is “socially acceptable,” knowing damn well that eating the side of a building wouldn’t come off as being something that the average person would do. However when it comes to cooking and making food, Rose is surprisingly decent at it. Granted, her best dish is just instant ramen with an excessive amount of spring onions in it and seasoned to hell and back, but godammit she’s trying her best okay?
Making Clothes - Perhaps the biggest problem Rose faces is shopping for clothes; at least clothes that actually fit her. Her solution? Just make the clothes yourself! Having observed the many techniques used to make clothing of various materials, Rose has taught herself how to make outfits that fit her large form. She has particularly become an expert at making leather clothing, having made both leather leggings and shorts that fit her almost perfectly (emphasis on the “almost”). This of course, has inspired her to eventually create the leather bodysuit that you’ll see wearing quite frequently over any other outfit she has. And if you ask nicely (or bribe her with enough money, or food), she may even make some clothes to accommodate your size! Just be wary of when your clothes may come to life in the form of Rose possessing said clothing…which brings up a bit of a conundrum: “Why doesn’t Rose just morph an outfit on herself with her cosmic powers?” Well…she would say it exhausts her to use her extra mass from her true form to morph it into clothing, but in reality she’s just lazy. So she just learns how mortals make clothing to circumvent laziness! Genius!
ABILITIES/TOOLS?
It shouldn’t surprise anyone that any being of this magnitude would have some abilities, and Rose is certainly no exception; and while most of her abilities aren't something she would use frequently, there are a few that she takes advantage of constantly. So here’s a few abilities of her that she may utilize:
Shapeshifting - the second ability Rose takes the most pride in, this ability allows her to morph into just about anything, and anyone, that you possibly think of. Even better is that once she morphs into a certain object, she can perform pretty much every function of that object like a perfect copy. As for people, she can fully mirror one’s personality, accent, and even just their general cadence. She may also mimic other traits of that person, such as their odour, the kind of outfit they wear, or what they usually think about. In fact, she could take advantage of the rest of her form to become an entire galaxy! That is, if she wants to. In many cases, Rose will not imitate any cosmic object in space, at least when it isn’t necessary. Of course, there’s a catch: any object or person that she turns into will exhibit a similar colour palette to Rose herself. So if she were to imitate your fridge, you’ll certainly realize that someone tampered with it as you wonder how the hell it managed to become purple. In other words, it doesn’t take an astute mind to realize that Rose is in fact, disguising herself. And you could probably imagine it’s much worse when she imitates a person! So god forbid she tries to mimic a friend of yours, or you’ll be wondering why they suddenly have purple skin and pink eyes.
Tendrils - Perhaps her most notable feature about Rose is her tendrils, in which she has countless amounts of them! Her many leathery, dark tendrils make up the majority of her full form, as well as the many other forms she takes, including her “normal” one. And while these tendrils have tips precise enough to touch individual cells or particles in nature, as well as enabling her to have extra limbs for various applications to benefit her daily life, Rose will predominantly utilize them to satiate her ever-prolonging desire to tease. She finds it way more fun to wrap people up in her tendrils than to use them for any practical application. Of course, Rose’s tendrils have certain capabilities that makes this possible, such as being able to stretch them long enough to ensure that she fully wrap up anything, or preferable anyone, that she pleases, all while they are almost incapable of breaking out of said tendrils due to their quick regeneration, and can just summon more tendrils if the ones she’s already using isn’t enough! On top of that, she may also sneak attack people with said tendrils using her ability to project them in places separate from her current location. And as typical of Rose, she is more than capable of enveloping entire planets within more massive appendages, plus she could also sharpen her tendrils enough that she could impale people with them, but again, she’s not too keen on the whole “world-ending cosmic horror” cliché. There are some setbacks to these near-countless limbs of hers, being that they can be quite easy to cut through with something as simple as your average kitchen knife, but when you’re overwhelmed with far too many of them to deal with, then she can certainly compensate for that issue.
Pocket Dimension - Can’t be a true cosmic entity without having your own pocket dimension, right? At least, that’s what Rose thinks; indeed she does have a pocket dimension, used mostly to store the other 95% of her full form, or to scare people, in which she can use her tendrils to pull people into her dimension! The best advantage of this realm of hers is that it’s practically infinite, giving her more than enough space to work with! The bad part…is that it’s practically infinite, giving Rose excessive space to work with, plus the issue of having to maintain the realm to ensure anyone within her realm doesn’t get killed by any unwelcome creatures that may find themselves in this place. In, her realm pretty much acts as her infinitely-sized storage center.
Voice Projection - Another method Rose uses to mess with people is by projecting her voice into people’s minds! Anyone that she looks at, or even just thinks about, she will be able to insert herself into their mind and provide them with whatever thoughts she desires; but don’t fret! She’ll usually just stick to mildly inconvenient banter, the kind of thing that makes you question yourself slightly. So if you’re ever doubting yourself, and you so happen to be within the vicinity of Rose, there’s a small chance that your doubts are just her fucking with you.
Possession - While not an ability that Rose uses quite as often, she is more than capable of possessing any object, or person, through her voice projections, or by inserting her tendrils into an object, or into a person’s brain. The rest is pretty self-explanatory, being that any person she possesses is basically unable to control themselves and all that. That is of course, if the victim’s willpower is low enough for Rose to fully possess, in which she may not be in quite as much control if one’s willpower does exceed hers, but in most cases (assuming she doesn’t feel too lazy), Rose’s willpower far exceeds the average person!
Four-dimensional - pretty self explanatory. Rose moves into the four-dimensional plane, she disappears to the average third-dimensional person. Certain parts of her only exist in the fourth dimension. May sometimes accidentally leave personal belongings in the said dimension.
Shrink-ray - In one instance where Rose became unusually smart (even to her standards), she managed to construct perhaps a tool that she never thought she’d ever make, nor will she ever do it again: a shrink-ray! While it mostly acts as Rose’s last line of defence, should none of her previously mentioned abilities work, somehow, the shrink-ray is capable of altering the size of any object or person that she shoots, dependent on a rotating knob on the side of the ray-gun that allows to switch between “shrink,” “grow,” and “restore” (restoring to normal size), she’ll more than likely use it against people for the purpose of opening the door for even more ways to tease!
Pet Tendril - The result of a failed experiment Rose conducted involving observing whether she could still control a severed tendril, one of which managed to gain a sentience of its own! Well, barely...but that didn't stop Rose from considering it as a "pet!" Now affectionately named "S'leathur," Rose gives this sentient tendril the love and care that she thinks it deserves, just like any "normal" pet that we'd be familiar with; only this one is more long...and leathery...so I guess you could classify this as a fat snake! But unlike normal snakes, this one LOVES to wrap around people! Not to crush, but just as a means of hugging, so it seemingly inherited Rose's strong urge to tease...strange.
RELATIONSHIPS
Surprisingly (or unsurprisingly?), it really doesn’t take much effort to befriend Rose, or vice versa. The only standard she seems to uphold is “don’t be an asshole.” Seems simple enough, and pretty much typical for any sane being, cosmic entity or not. But over the many years of her life, she has made many friends, some she has witnessed losing, usually since she outlines almost everyone she befriends. But for the ones that are currently still alive, here are a few to name:
Kayle - The first relationship Rose made in our world, she accepts Kayle as her mother, while Kayle accepts her as her eldest daughter, identifying her as “physically 28 years old.” She’s perhaps the only person that Rose will refrain from her teasing antics, ever-worried of making her mother even the slightest bit upset, thus she’s also the one Rose treats with the most respect out of any other person she’s interacted with. And if Kayle ever gives her an order–which she usually won’t, in most cases–or punishes her in some way, Rose always feels obligated to comply, in fear that Kayle may disown her at any point. As is tradition with Kayle, she also shares her wealth with Rose, although not as much as with Furnale, but only because Rose couldn’t care less about how much money she has since currency is all but meaningless to her. And yes, Rose does commit tax fraud, but is there really much anyone can do to stop her? I didn't think so!
Furnale - With Kayle being the first person to connect with, it would make sense for Furnale, Kayle’s now-younger daughter, to be the very next person Rose would form a connection with. Or at least, she attempted to, upon first appearing to the Willenburgh’s; but regardless, Furnale has gotten used to her illegitimate older sister. As usual with most older-sibling relationships, Rose tends to mess with Furnale A LOT. Granted, she doesn’t “tease” her (she still views her as her sister after all), but she’ll certainly mess with her like how an older sibling usually treats a younger one, albeit with the addition of some four-dimensional aspects from Rose. So while she may not be a horror beyond one’s comprehension, Furnale definitely views her as a “horror” she’d prefer not to comprehend at times.
Fork* - As Furnale’s girlfriend, it seems like having a tangential relationship with someone that knows Rose will eventually end up being befriended by Rose as well. With this in mind, Fork pretty much has to deal with all of Rose’s bizarre antics. Quite often, he does get teased by Rose, but usually intended to fuck with Furnale. But how does Fork feel about this? Strangely enough, he seems quite alright with this treatment. In fact, in some instance, it seems like he may secretly enjoy getting treated like that…which of course didn’t take long for Rose to pick up on this secret interest of his, and neither did it take long for Furnale to pick up on it too; and you’d think she’d be upset about this, but she seems fine with “sharing” Fork with Rose, so long as she’s included in the teasing session! But should Fork ever feel too overwhelmed by this, he can simply teleport away…that is if Rose couldn’t just counter his teleportation, which she can, and will, so overall even Fork can’t escape Rose’s presence!
*Yes, Fork is indeed Farx. Next time I draw a ref sheet for him that will be his new name, which will be clarified in said ref sheet when it’s eventually made
Kate - perhaps an unexpected newcomer to our world, another cosmic entity from the same realm Rose hails from–who calls herself Kate, has also coincidentally decided to live the rest of her life as a third-dimensional mortal being…but why is that? Was she inspired by Rose’s lifestyle to also pursue the mortal life? Did she gain a sudden interest in the world that we know? While all these questions do align with Kate’s presence here, she’s really only here for one simple reason–to fuck with Rose. Judging from the way she usually feels towards her, Kate seems to be a previous arch-enemy of Rose, and it mostly pertains to the fact that is also a shapeshifter made up of many tendrils! Or at least, just one, really big tendril. But that doesn’t stop her from the fact that Kate’s shapeshifting abilities are on-par with Rose’s; as a matter of fact, it might even be better than what Rose is capable of, being that she can fully change the colour of the object or person she becomes to align with their original colors! For this reason, Kate feels almost obligated to constantly remind Rose that her shapeshifting abilities are “far superior” over hers, not realizing that her ability to mimic said object or person’s functions or personality is far less convincing than what Rose got going on. Essentially, both Kate and Rose frequently argue over who’s shapeshifting abilities are better, so much so that it sometimes pushes them to start attacking each other with their appendages! Overall, Kate’s fuelled by spite alone. And had Rose not deemed our world as her new home, perhaps Kate wouldn’t even be in our world in the first place–if anything, she’d be wherever Rose would be instead!
Kazzie** - Basically Rose’s dumb smoker friend. Emphasis on the “smoker” as she smokes LOTS. But Rose doesn’t mind, if anything, that’s what makes her more unique to her, and in many cases, tends to consider her a “second Furnale,” if Furnale was yellow, and was more than a foot shorter. But hey, it’s the thought that counts, to Rose at least.
Canin** - Weirdly enough, the second time Rose has met someone that’s willing to be teased by her–but unlike Fork, Canin makes it quite obvious that he’s into it that even Kazzie would be able to tell he likes the way Rose treats him; because of this, Rose will pretty much utilize him as almost a “guinea pig” for her methods to tease, pushing the boundaries ever further with him to learn new ways to tease other people that isn’t Canin, at least enough that it won’t bother Chrysal!
Chrysal** - Canin’s saving grace whenever Rose teases him for too long; essentially, if ever she feels that Rose is extending her teasing sessions too excessively, she’s got many unique tricks up her sleeve (or more like arms) to put an end to Rose’s antics. And while Rose can pretty much fight back and stop even her, she’ll just be complacent with her ass-kicking.
**All these characters belong to
KazzieBlonde
CONCLUSION
Rose is more than capable of taking over our whole galaxy. In fact, had it not been for her “fear” of ending up as a cosmic cliché, we all would’ve become mindless drones for Rose to control and manipulate. So let’s all be grateful for the fact that Rose is more interested in admiring the beauty that is our mortal realm…and her more manageable desire to tease!

**All these characters belong to
KazzieBlondeCONCLUSION
Rose is more than capable of taking over our whole galaxy. In fact, had it not been for her “fear” of ending up as a cosmic cliché, we all would’ve become mindless drones for Rose to control and manipulate. So let’s all be grateful for the fact that Rose is more interested in admiring the beauty that is our mortal realm…and her more manageable desire to tease!
