Stirfry sensations are wonderfully satisfying and this one comes from
anakar
this is some pork stir-fry i made from scratch it has carrots broccoli pea pods and water chestnuts
Ingredients:
2 thick boneless pork chops
Soy sauce
Teriyaki sauce
1 Package of Birdseye Steam-fresh Broccoli Snow Peas carrots and Water Chestnuts
2-3 Tbs. Peanut oil
Directions:
Slice pork-chops width-wise to make strips about 1/8th inch thick and place in small Tupperware container. Pour a combination of soy and teriyaki sauce over them until covered place top on container and put in fridge for several hours to marinate.
Once meat is marinated take out the package of vegetables and let thaw as you add the oil to the pan and bring to med-high heat add meat in stirring constantly to prevent burning once meat is browned add vegetables and more teriyaki sauce to taste cook untill vegetables are cooked through but not soggy. Serve immedatly may be served with white or fried rice and may be served with a peanut satay sauce if you want.
Hope you enjoy this i have added it to my rotation and is really easy to make... it takes less than a hour to cook after the meat is ready to be cooked.
Also i know it's been forever since i posted something so i guess this is a good way to make a comeback.
