Same. I'm doing fine but the last few months have been rough. Outside of current event stuff.
Doesn't help having a dad that claims he "knows" all about autism but actively makes my syress and anxiety 10x worse. For example, my dad thought I wasn't being honest because he assumes I also have agoraphobia, like he does. He assumed crowded spaces also give me intense anxiety, when it's MORE COMPLOCATED THAN THAT. I CAN NOT just unlearn how to NOT be overstimulated when in crowded spaces.
When I asked him if he also experienced what I did, he said he didn't. I think he was humbled, at that moment.
