This is the character sheet for my dracony oc, Aaron.
Aaron is a young dracony from Flameborough, a coastal town near Trottingham. With a love for music, especially rock and alternative, Aaron has dreams of becoming a musician himself and perhaps being part of a band. He has grown quite fond of singing and playing his guitar, which was given to him by his uncle (who got it from his father/Aaron's grandfather) but it has also led to a rebellious nature not helped by his mother, Cinder, unknowingly siding with a corrupt principal at his high school. After being abducted by a mysterious syndicate, and saved by Scarlet, Aaron gets a bounty placed on him and has to go spend his summer in hiding with his Uncle Scorch. Accompanied by Scarlet, Aaron finally gets to see what has become of Equestria while also learning more about his family's past.
Aaron lost his father when he was seven and went to live with Scorch to help process his grief. It was during this visit that grew to develop a love for music, and saw it as a way to express his emotions in ways he couldn't before. It also led to his cutie mark appearing, a dragon eye surrounded by a ring of flame. This led to his dream of becoming rock star and starting a band, and is use of music to process his feelings. Aaron would also struggle to see eye-to-eye with his mother, Cinder, and her siding with a corrupt principal didn't help either. This would result in Aaron growing distrustful of his mother, and feeling like she doesn't care about him.
During events that transpired in Equestria, Aaron is able to meet a singer he looks up to, and afterwards is allowed to play alongside her at concert. It was during this concert that Aaron is reunited with his mom, Cinder. Despite her nearly hijacking the concert and Aaron calling her out through song, the two are able to reconcile and try to rebuild their relationship. Aaron realizes that his mother does care about him, it's just that she went about it in the wrong way, something she realized after being confronted about it. Aaron returns to Flameborough knowing that his Mom will always be there for him, and likely not having to worry about corrupt principals or bullies thanks to Scarlet.
