Since I am subletting, the sublettee showed up yesterday and went
'Hey how are things? Don't mind me, I'm gonna take the desk, dresser, microwave, all the dishes and the freezer thats full of your food. see ya!'

So my property is now a computer, tablet, a bed and an N64 (without a tv)
