Did this on paint.NET. Found a reference photo from my computer and wanted to color it (was black&wight). Can't find out what battle this is from, nor what size mm the cannon is. I added in the stars too. All I know that he is a German soldier and that is a big cannon

This ain't guaranteed, but I'd say that it's a German coastal-defense cannon. I'm not 100% sure, but it looks to be 12 inch or so in caliber. Judgin' by the troopers gear, I'm gonna say WW II, possibly the 'Atlantic Wall'.
'Course it could be Italy, Greece, or even a coast gun that was implaced in-land. Best I can do. Hope it helps.
