I'm just now realizing I never uploaded ANY colored images of Kai on this page. Huh.

Anyway, to talk about Kai, I wanna explain that sometimes I create characters out of sheer spite. For example, when making Brofus, I was reading Beastars and got to Yafya and I was so excited... only for me to hate Yafya with a burning passion. This led to me going all "I'm going to make a horse OC that isn't horrible". Kai's backstory is going to be a bit hard to explain on a general submission page, but I'm going to try:

So I love the novel Gambling Apocalypse: Kaiji, but I wanted more gambling manga to read. Looking through the genre, I stumbled upon a book called Riman Gambler Mouse (18+ and terrible, read at your own risk). Anyway, there was a scene in which the main character was going to his ex wife's apartment to harass her. During his trip, a moth sort of flew out from behind a corner and scared him. In that moment, I realized this moth is the only character to do a good thing in the entire book, and so I made a moth OC to commemorate the occasion.

Kai's just a silly fellow. Very kind, but will also envelop themself in the deepest of lore and most complicated of games. This is the sort of person who, if you let them, would unironically recommend Stellaris to you or regale you with every bit of lore in the Project Moon series. Granted, they have enough self-control to not do that, so instead they just are "that guy" who has a plethora of games and works of fiction, ready to recommend the perfect thing to anyone who asks. Very amicable.
