Sinh is in a bit of a mood, I think. He really doesn't like being kept waiting.
I wonder what this is all about.
Story note: A taluqdar was a hereditary landed aristocrat or government official in the Indian subcontinent, during the time of the British Raj, responsible for collecting taxes and rents from a taluq (district/estate) and maintaining order. Often acting as intermediaries between farmers and the Britain-controlled Indian government, they were sometimes powerful landlords. A vala taluqdar in the case of this comic is higher ranking aristocrat within the taluqdar system with larger holdings and more responsibilities of administration.

And I tend to draw them on equines. https://www.furaffinity.net/view/46193065/
Things to keep your feet protected certainly exist in the comic.
Namek isn't wearing any for this story.

Hmmmm... Do I detect a bit of passive-aggressive in our Asinine friend's words?
Perhaps.
Perhaps he also thinks himself slick enough that Sinh might not notice.
Well, as we all know, Sinh has been around the block a few times... But, I daresay, Namek is likely in for a rather humbling lesson. Hopefully he survives it. :P
In those days: "I'll take it out of your hide" is a real thing, after all...
