dr. tiny horns is a monster/dreemer who appears to manage the sunday town hospital. He can be found in chapter 1 inside the hospital. If Hambo speaks to him, he will say he is busy reviewin' important papers 'bout the hospital and won't be able to see hambo until the next day. In chapter 2, he can be found in a sick patient's ward. he will say he doesn't seem to know the patient's illness, so it will be difficult for him to investigate and find a cure. dr. tiny horns is a small monster imp-like, very similar to a plugboy and plugswag, with a white face, purple fur with small horns, white arms, a doctor's outfit with long sleeves and a black shirt (he doesn't wear pants), a dark tail, and a simplistic face.
