datapop is an shopkeeper found in geek street from geek world. they sells soft drinks and pops for the low price of 10 dream dollars. accordin' to them, this is 'cause cheaper items tendy to sell better than more expensive ones. they often uses puns with the word "pop" 'cause they sells pops at such a low price. in the neutral/pacifist route, after completin' geek world, they will be recruited in funky town, where they sells pops to other dreamers instead of the party, as they has established a more efficient business model. in the bat route, they're the only NPC to appear, as they prefers to maintain their business rather than escape. however, they will still be recruited in funky town. datapop wears a pop or soft drink costume, since they're a soft drink shopkeeper. It's unknown what kind of dreamer is inside the costume itself. In the costume, they're a yellowish-green pop can with a lightning bolt sticker. their body is completely hidden, with only their eyes, spiral tail, and legs visible.
