So, here’s a quick updated character design sketch of one of Brick Bat’s many supervillains named The Weatherman (a.k.a. “Rodney Martin”) The Notorious Diamond City Serial Killer who bases all of his heinous crimes around the weather specifically during massive storms/disasters from my own personal Golden Age Public Domain Superhero series “Brick Bat” that I drew just recently.
