To say that Refferdy was surprised when he found out that his daughter, Vivika, was a magical girl was an understatement, and only having done so when catching her attempting to transform while having a broken leg. To make things even worse, it would turn out that his wife, Lidia, had known all about it.

In fact it was from his wife that their daughter had inherited the position from, with 'Wonder Gloss' being a position passed down along Lidia's for generations. A role based upon the protection of beauty in both people and life itself.

Not thinking clearly due to being enraged over not only his daughter trying to sneak out while injured, but also at having such a secret kept from him, Rafferdy tossed the transformation compact to the ground and stepped on it. Only, instead of simply breaking, it unleashed a magical backlash that washed over him and changed him.

As it would turn out, the compact contained the source essence of the individual that blessed Lidia's descendants with this power long ago. A benevolent demon of beauty and fashion known as The Fabbubus, and the backlash in magical energy only served to infuse Rafferdy with this concentrated essence and turning him, now her, into a brand new 'Fabbubus' and additional holder of the 'Wonder Gloss' title.

Vivika, meanwhile, wouldn't mind if she never had to be the one to transform again. She wasn't the biggest fan of having such a 'feminine abomination' of a magical girl form, especially with much of the theme revolving around super girly things like makeup.

At least Rafferdy will no longer find himself left out.
