Somorva is the primary settlement of the Sporavenous, a blighted species of fungus-based cognizant zombies created by Blight. Somorva includes two broad areas within a Sanctuary: Old Somorva, which retains the pre-Reunion culture of Somorva, and New Somorva, a modern metropolis fully integrated with united society. Just outside the Sanctuary are the Sporas Hunting Grounds, an area cultivated by the Sporas during Secrecy where wildlife thrived and could tolerate semi-frequent hunts by the Sporas.
