I woke in a beautiful forest filled to the brim with lilacs. It was right in the middle of the day. Birds were singing, I was at peace, and most importantly, it wasn’t so dang cold for the first time the Spring!
I found a spot that WASN’T crowded with lilacs and decided to lie down and relax for a while. I had never felt so calm in my life. Then, a rose bloomed in front of me.
When it bloomed, Phoenix’s face was embedded into into it. “Hello Multomni. I just came to inform you, it’s going to be checkmate for your father soon. The Ashembers are invading right now, and it won’t be long before my beak is pointed towards his heart.” The rose said. Now I was scared. I tried running for my life, but my legs wouldn’t move. I tried looking away at least. That was a horrible mistake.
A bunch of roses bloomed simultaneously and I was absolutely surrounded!
They all had Phoenix’s face on them. They all trash talked, saying things such as “Hahahaha! Your father will be gone and you can’t do anything about it!” Or “Omni can’t escape his fate…” or even “I’ll peck him to death with my lethal beak!!” The roses talked so much it was overstimulating. Then the real Phoenix came and dived straight toward me.
Then I ACTUALLY woke up. At least it was just a bad dream. But I need to warn father. NOW.
