Even as an adult, Delight (Dwight McIntosh) possesses a sense of childlike wonder and a playful spirit. Even working at a dead-end job as a supermarket clerk can't put him down. On the other hand, his attention span can be spotty and he suffers from executive dysfunction.
One of Delight's interests is collecting old toys and electronics, and tinkering with them. His wonky attention span becomes laser focused as he spends hours nonstop on a project, to the point of not eating or sleeping. He lives with his close friend Xeni as a roommate.
