This is an MMD poster to show a power group known only as "The Ministry of Shadows". Tried to give them the appearance that fits with them posing as some sort of like The Ministry of Darkness (their inspiration). This power group is a cult led by The Mortician that abducts people and perform sinister rituals on them, and turned a few combatants into new followers. That is until it was revealed that The Mortician's goal was to take control of the Attitude Brand from Evil Karlo, as well as that she was taking orders from a "Higher Power".
