Ynglet (which became one of my favorite games) has such a unique artstyle and setting, so i was VERY excited to make a thumbnail for it! the player character is a weird amoeba “space dolphin,” and turning gigi into that was a challenge. i gave her the same bodyplan, turning the long tendrils into her bandages, and designing a weird head. the player character has one central eye, a very defining feature, so trying to cover that eye with bandages was… interesting, haha. i like what i did with the blood paint, but the rest of the head came out a little bit weird.

still though, i’m very proud of this one! i think i did really well with the background and composition, even if gigi’s design didn’t turn out the best.

as for the LP itself, this was also on my old laptop, thus with 720p graphics, but ah well. until the special world update came out anyway! that came out between my 12th and 13th LPs, so i was able to record that on my current laptop. now in beautiful stunning 1080p lol

also i have a 🔗 world record speedrun in this game!!! …in a category where mine is the only run LOL (negative challenging any%). in any case it was a pretty good speedrun (with some serious blunders at the end cuz i hadnt practiced the last level). the only game i’ve ever actually speedran! its a very inactive speedrun, so take my record if you dare >:3
