some of those i recognize and understand why, but don't love them for being there.
the acitate and phyenal acitate sound like contamination from the packaging, the dsp (a common 'builder' in cleaning agents) sounds like the place where the meat is mixed doesn't rinse their vats out well enough, and of course the nitrate is the stuff that makes hot dogs taste like hot dogs. s.styrl lactate; they feed the cows lots of salt and hormones. citrate prbably helps to hide the flavor of all that other stuff. carbonate and bicarbonate are of course baking powder and baking soda respectively. i'm surprised i'm not seeing tsp instead of dsp, i.e. that stuff you put in the produce in the morning so its still mostly sortof crisp in the afternoon. well i'm just trying to pretend i'm smarter then i am, so i may be wrong about half of that. and undoubtedly all of it is denyable, other then that its their and theyre's still enough enforcement that they actually have to tell you about it.

There was one i could not find the structure for so it isent there. And two of them where not on the wrapper i do not think... I added simply cause i had the rest on there already and went all out on sodium. Hell for all i know they probably are in there anyway! But that is neat, now i know why there was eight and up different sodium containing molecules in there. Before i was like. I knew about NaCl you know. Salt.
