I never really thought of Venus as a good person, by that I mean like not 100% good. Dunno how much of what you have shown is "canon", but she is certainly in the strong gray area, but I never thought of her as evil, either.
Which does feels she is, by this. Physically AND mentally changing a person on a whim (it seems) AND controlling her life? Yeah, that's downright evil, right there.
