besides my inattentiveness (obviously), there was a combination of a coupla other factors at play:


• i'm not keeping an exacting track of everything that's going on in this universe; the piece•meal, episodic, infrequent, pulp fiction-style nature of this storytelling, doesn't help matters there




• at my brief glance, on this page, jon and kaoh'd looked the same to me
i thought kaoh was being drawn with a slightly-different colouration — eyebrows, dyed light



• to my credit: i was hoping kaoh had formed a relationship with another, close friend — a relationship, that could help kaoh with the heartache from losing frank

(enduring the pain of having a loved one die, particularly gets to me)

so.. ..i didn't question what i thought i was seeing, on this page, with more scrutiny
