Jack Frost is going up against King Koopa. Taking advantage of his greed, Jack shoots that greedy Koopa King with ice, filling him with frozen food to the point that he's a frozen food balloon. This is awkward for him as his belt had snapped off his swelling waistline, his pant zipper unzipper and the back of his pants ripped, exposing his fireflower underpants. xD
