It's everyone's favorite grumpy cat-roo's birthday today (2/6), so I drew this to celebrate!
(Also wasn't satisfied with the last time I drew Mewtwo, particularly the head, so I wanted to give it another shot! I also have a soft spot for Mewtwo's tail, so I definitely wanted a version that showed it off.)
