That upgrade was well needed.

Hold onto your hard drive from the old computer. If everything of value has been moved to the new computer, it is possible to turn into just a blank drive where you could dump stuff.

At least it's not a Dell.

Már megvan: a windows 7 nem komálja a STEAM-et, és ha fejre állok akkor se tudom felinstalálni.

érdekes, én win7-tel használom és semmi baja. futtasd adminként a telepítőt és a programot is úgy indítsd mindig.

Úgy sem működik, eljut 26% és ott beszarik, már mindent próbáltam, de ez a szar nem hajlandó feltelepülni.

Sajnos akkor nincs ötletem...

32bit - 64bit probléma? Ha 64bites az oprendszered, a telepítő pedig 32 bites rendszerre való, akkor valszeg nem az a baj.

Megoldódott a probléma. A megoldás: Le kell törölni a steamet majd újrainstallálni mikor a befejezéshez ér nem szabad rákattintani a finish gombra hanem a program kezelővel le ki kell lépni a steam instaljából. Aztán újra kell indítani a vinfost hálózatos csökkentett módban, persze ha a gép szarik reagálni az F8 nyomkodására akkor mindezt az msconfig.exe segítségével, és csökkentett módban a steam.exe-ére kattintva már föl tudja instalálni magát. Ugye milyen egyszerű? Csak egy hülyének nem jutna eszébe... ezért szeretjük a steamet :P

Egyébként W7 alatt nem működik betöltés közben az usb-s billentyűzet. Csak és kizárólag PS/2-es billentyűzetet lát. Ha az alaplapon nincs már PS/2 port (ami manapság egyre inkább szokás) az szopás.

Hey make sure you calibrate your new monitor... you should do it at least every 4 months. LCD monitors drift a lot more than CRTs in color density. Get yourself something like a SPYDER Colorimeter. They're not expensive, and they are very helpful tools for artists!
