We picked up communications from Ulysses that a Class 1 wielder is to be deployed to Longboat.

Official mission is to identify any possibility of Kin activity and clandestine operations.

This wielder absolutely can not arrive to Longboat. They are likely to uncover your involvement and make efforts by Mayor Ariel near impossible. They must be eliminated at any cost.
