So, here’s a quick sketch of one of Brick Bat’s many supervillains named The Weatherman/Rodney Martin (The Notorious Diamond City Serial Killer who bases all of his heinous crimes around the weather specifically during massive storms/disasters) from my own personal Golden Age Public Domain Superhero series “Brick Bat” that I drew just recently.
