This was actually taken a few months ago, and I just recently transfered it from my camera. I was just surfing the net one day and when I went to get a drink, i saw this moth outside through a window of the house I was room renting from at the time. I quickly grabbed the camera and snapped two shots. This of course being the best of the two. The Moth was beautiful and I am surprised that the camera captured the fine details and the beauty of this insect. I would have to believe the full wingspan was around 5 inches. Soon after I took the pictures, the moth flew off.
