Its history is that of slow expansion, resilience, and conquest, with the Empire of Jalgren controlling 1/4 of the Milky Way Galaxy and subjugating all the Itrean species for over 20,000 years. Many human historians would often regard the Jalgren Empire as comparable to the Roman Empire on Earth.

This composition, known as "Das'r'Das'r'Jalgren," later called "Das'r'Das'r'Itsis," roughly translates as "Irepressible, Irepressible Jalgren" or "The Irepressible Empire," and has become the national anthem of the Empire of Jalgren, symbolizing the continuous growth and expansion of the Aksren species. With the inevitable collapse of the Jalgren Empire, the reformed Itsis Empire would make slight alterations to the anthem to what it is now. It would become the symbol and anthem of the Aksren species under the Empire of Itsis, remaining the most powerful empire of the Aksren clan and still holding a dominant presence, both economically and militarily, that sways all Aksren clan empires and their politics to this day. While it isn't the official national anthem for the other Aksren empires, it is still widely played and highly respected among all their citizens as the theme that identifies the great oviraptor species. The original compositions are even lightly performed by the other Itrean clan species as a nod to Jalgren's glory.
