Very old character i made for Roleplay and whatever. But never really used him much.

Might use them for a story. Had a lean of a new old-style bank this guy supposed would own with a kinda cafe mix of the bank. It's a classic walk in get cash style one. Yet also has digital, But the cards can only be remoney'd from the walk in place and stored inside the card via a small storage memory cartiage inside it that would allow for digital money to transfer. There's a whole fun process of it and fancy techno blab. So if i ever make the story i'll explain that. But it's pretty tight ran little thing.

Him being a Kemonomini Kangaroo Rat is unknown. And it's not a virus thing, or etc. I don't know really so if anything i'll probably make something up.
