Mushrooms sometimes have an additional cap per fruiting body so I did a conjoined mushroom person. Inspired in part by Lori and George Schappell, a pair of conjoined twins who nevertheless lead their own separate hobbies and lives. They're the first case of one conjoined twin being trans whilst the other was cis that I am aware of. As it turns out button mushrooms are the juvenile form of portobello mushrooms.
