I actually didn't use a screentone brush here, I have a zine pack from True Grit Texture Supply that has a bunch of halftone and noise patterns which you can get for CSP, Ps and Procreate.
The key is to have the halftone blending mode set to Hard Mix to get that photocopy feel.

He's definitely seen some shit, but it's primarily because he was part of the city guard of Sharn on Eberron. Definitely not afraid of getting his hands dirty.
