Her village took arms to defend themselves during a period of instability in Peru, against the enemies that rose from right to left (pun intended). Therefore, she was taught to fight by herself since she was a child, growing very adept in the use of Liwi (bolas). When the situation grew more violent her grandfather sent her with some relatives in Japan. There, she met another friend from her homeland named Valdez Rivera and a mysterious ninja warrior whom she nicknamed "Espio".
