Insects don't have breasts because they aren't used to feed their young. In order for an insect to develop breast-like appendages, it would need to be evolutionary beneficial, perhaps to attract human males so they can then feast on their flesh. Like how a Venus fly trap emulates a flower, this creature emulates the "ideal" form, at least enough to get within murder distance.
