A dog with a collar of metal chains.
He wears a metal mask shaped like a dog that would have crushed the head of a normal human. Chains are around his neck so he can never remove the mask, his personal punishment.
He's in charge of locking up the guilty and sinners sent to him, though he himself is a prisoner of the place.
He moves in the darkness of the cells; the only way to know its whereabouts is by the sound of his chains as it walks. The eyes of the mask have a cold blue glow, giving the impression that he follows the prisoners with its gaze.
