I call it the hellfire burger!
This baby has Naga Jolokia pepper thats been lemon smoked and ground into fine pieces and mixed into the meat with a bit of my own special seasoning. Grilled medium rare ( I loves me a bit of blood =P ) Topped with pepperjack cheese, KC masterpiece hot n spicy bbq sauce, Two strips of bacon and some frenches French Fried Onion peices. Bon appeitie! PS FIRE IN THE HOLE!!!!
