Galaxium: Erlix Theophaecal
Commission
Me and the crew are bringing back Galaxium for another go. Galaxium is a home-brew sci-fi game based on domain-level play from D&D and Diplomacy. Its a little board gamey, little roleplay-y, very fun stuff.
Erlis Theophaecal is a female Erminean, a species of centauroid-weasel creatures who live in pack-level hive minds. Personhood and sapience emerges when three to five of the same sex imprint on one another, so the three you see here constitute a single person. A singular erminean would have instinctual intelligence, without reasoning, much like an animal, and would seek out others to complete itself.
If this sounds familiar, these aliens are inspired by the Tine from the novel A Fire Upon the Deep.

Wow. I must say that not only this is awesome, (very) adorable, beautiful, charming, cozy, enticing, (really) interesting, inviting and wonderful, but, in general, the alien-taur-weasel gals, in this piece, look cute, fluffy, (kinda) lovely, (very) exotic, elegant and fancy as well; amazing work by the way. :3
Thanks
Yup. You create an empire using some broad descriptors/quirks/perks, the overall design and how those fit together is left up to you when it comes to the species. You pick a homeworld type, some ethics and a government type, not unlike Stellaris, and boom, you got a playable faction.
