Thanks to getting a Switch 2 for Christmas, I finally got to play Wario World, and it was a blast! Honestly, while a couple of the levels were a pain, my only complaint was how short it was! Probably my favorite part was the bosses, they were so strange, creative, and all over the place in terms of what they are. I mean, take DinoMighty; I would love to know who came up with the idea of "T-Rex-looking dino with a bikini, lipstick, big belly and rings, bulging googly eyes, frog-like tongue with a sticky ball on it, light green curly hair (it actually is green on the model, the lighting just makes her look blonde), a tail with another sticky ball on it, and a head that's somewhere between a frog, a gator, and/or some sort of Muppet in terms of shape" for a boss fight, because as insane as that design sounds, somehow, it works, and the fight was a fun one!
...Also, strangely enough, I actually do consider her kinda cute in an odd way, so long as she's swirly-eyed (something about her normal eyes is equal parts silly and off-putting to me).
And no reason Kaa can't show a big brainwashed girl some love~
The Black Jewel could barely contain its glee as it watched another treasure transform in a burst of light, the shine dissipating to reveal a skeletal pirate. Captain Skull, as he was soon to be known, made the dozenth of the strongest monsters he’d created now, every one of which was sure to give that greedy moron Wario a run for his (now scattered and stolen) money!
If the gem had a mouth, it would be grinning.
“After all this time, I’m finally free!” the Jewel crowed to a crowd of creatures. “And I’m in the mood for some HAVOC! Now, my loyal freaks and weirdos! Go out and des-”
“RAAAAAAR!”
The crystal gave an annoyed glare as it turned towards a green dinosaur who’d been conspicuously absent from the gathering of bosses.
A green dinosaur who had been digging through a pile of treasure, and was now trying on rings.
“Hey, DinoMighty!” the Jewel snapped. “The treasure’s for making minions and luring Wario into danger, not a fashion show!”
DinoMighty gave a sad, disappointed growl as she walked over to the other bosses.
The Black Jewel rolled its eye. “Fiiiine, you can keep the rings, I probably don’t need two extra random minions if it means dealing with a sulky dino trying to be pret-”
The Jewel paused.
Admittedly, when he was creating the first three bosses, he hadn’t been feeling too creative. Most interesting things he’d done were the Sandworm’s scythe arms, and DinoMighty having a Glue Globe on the tip of her tail and tongue. Well, that and the dinosaur’s head kind of making her look like a frog. Otherwise, she didn’t have a whole lot of notable features…
Time to change that.
“Actually, you know what?” the Jewel replied, trying to hold back a snicker. “You want to feel pretty? I can make you REALLY pretty~”
A flash of light went off around the dino, and when it cleared…
DinoMighty caught sight of herself in a mirror in the treasure heap, and her jaw dropped. The dinosaur now had curly hair, lipstick and a bikini.
“BWAH HAH HAH! How’s that for pretty?!” the Black Jewel howled with laughter at the sight, wiping a tear from its eye with a tentacle. “Anyways, where was I- Wait, where is she?”
The gem noticed a massive shadow where the dinosaur once was, and looked up.
And was greeted with the sight of DinoMighty with a delighted grin leaping towards the Jewel with her arms outstretched for a hug.
“WAITWAITWAITWAITWAIT-” The gem frantically floated away…
Only for the dinosaur to smash down on top of him anyways.
It was hard to tell who the impact was more of a shock for. The Black Jewel, who had just had a giant dinosaur fall on it… or DinoMighty, who had accidentally tipped the gem over and landed on its pointy side belly-first.
The other bosses gaped in horror… aside from Clown-a-Round, who happily held up a sign with a 10 written on it.
DinoMighty stumbled to her feet, letting out yelps of pain as she shook herself off… and then noticed the gem embedded in her belly like some sort of navel jewel.
“DNOMGHTY!!!” the Jewel furiously yelled, muffled by its current position.
Red Brief J trotted over and patted her on the back as best as the bull could with the size difference between them. “If it helps, you look fabulous, girl!”
Despite the situation, DinoMighty happily grinned.
“Boss’s still probably gonna kill you though,” he added.
The dino’s face promptly fell.
With some effort, the fuming Jewel finally managed to pop out and free itself, before turning to the dinosaur.
“HOW DID YOU THINK THAT WAS A GOOD IDEA?!” it roared in fury. “ACTUALLY, DO YOU THINK, PERIOD?! CLOWN-A=ROUND’S PROBABLY GOT MORE GOING ON IN HIS HEAD THAN YOU, AND IT’S NOT EVEN REAL!”
The clown in question let out a cry that sounded suspiciously like “Hey!” as he pulled his head off to give a glare with his real face where his neck should be.
“Ugh, you’re an IDIOT!!!” the Jewel groaned, facepalming with a tentacle. “I wasn’t exactly going for brains with any of you, but I didn’t think you’d be THIS bad at thinking! You know what, never mind that! Go be a big dumb dino somewhere else! With people I actually want hurt! LIKE WARIO!!! And that goes for the rest of you people too!”
Before anyone could respond, bursts of light had warped them all away, including a rather downcast DinoMighty.
“Finally…” the Jewel groaned… and paused when it noticed the treasure rustling, and a pair of eyes poking out of it. With a glare, the gem rushed towards the pile, and smashed through it.
Revealing a wide-eyed snake looking like a deer in the headlights.
“Umm… hello?” he nervously said, giving a sheepish grin as he waved his tail.
“Who are- Actually, never mind, I’ve had enough of big-eyed reptiles for now,” the Jewel growled. “You can go get yourself eaten by the last one to irritate me!”
Another flash of light, and the snake was gone.

DinoMighty softly growled as she put a bandage on her belly. Piercings were DEFINITELY not for her. Though it was nice she looked good with them.
“Ah, exssscussse me.”
The dino perked up at the sound of the unfamiliar voice, looking around for its source.
“Up here,” the voice called, and a scaly tail dangled down from above, pointing upwards.
It took her a minute or two, but eventually her eyes fell upon a long snake dangling down from higher up in the room. Dinomighty would have raised an eyebrow if she had one, settling for a confused growl instead. Had the Jewel accidentally sent a new monster to her room?
“I can’t sssseem to find the exsssit to thisss room,” the snake admitted. “Do you know how I can get out?”
DinoMighty roared in confirmation, smiling as she gave a thumbs up. All you had to do was really want to leave, and you would spin through a white void to the exit! It was kind of like riding an invisible Tilt-A-Whirl, or at least what she assumed riding one was like.
…Wait. If he wanted to leave, why hadn’t he already left? Was something broken, or…
“Wonderful to hear! DinoMighty, wassss it?” the snake asked as the dino in question narrowed her eyes. “I have to ssssay, I’d been wanting to meet you! Perhapssss my exssssit could wait a bit? You’ve got quite the… unique look. Very cute in its own way!”
The dino paused.
Oh.
Oh!
THAT was why he didn’t want to leave! She was so pretty that people weren’t as frightened by her, and now she had fans!
The dino beamed and blushed at the compliment. That settled it, she was going to look her best when smashing up prey! They could be scared of her after they saw what she could do.
“And sssso ssssweet to help me, too!” the snake praised. “Really, I’ve had no idea what wassss going on. I wassss jussst trying to ssssleep, and nexssst thing I know, treassssure’ssss being dumped on my head and a sssstrange angry jewel issss making monssssterssss- pressssent company exsscluded, of courssse!”
DinoMighty paused. He wasn’t something the Jewel made?
…Was this someone the Jewel wanted hurt?!
The dino roared, preparing to jump at the snake.
“Now, now, no need for hosssstilitiesss!” the snake nervously chuckled. “Really, I’m not sssssure what I ssssaid, but I’m ssssure we can sssettle thisss peacssssefully!”
DinoMighty did not look impressed.

The dino let out a growl, glaring as the snake’s eyes lit up with color. The dinosaur knew what that meant. He was going to shoot his tongue out like she did and hit her in the face!
…Either that, or burst into little balls like the Winter Windster and make her blow up like a balloon. That would be awful; what if her bikini didn’t fit?!
She should look away-
It was then that the dinosaur realized something.
Two things, actually.
The first was that the snake had gotten a lot closer while she was dreading the thought of her pretty clothes bursting. Normally, she’d find that rude, but she didn’t mind because of the second thing:
His eyes looked AMAZING.
DinoMighty’s jaw fell open, thoughts of looking away, launched tongues and inflation swiftly forgotten as she got a good look at them. These weren't like her eyes, glowing red before an attack; these were special, with blues, greens and yellows flowing in swirls that made her head swim, and the more she saw the more she needed to follow them. They made her feel all warm and fuzzy…
“Feelsssss good, doessssn’t it, girl?” the snake chuckled, earning a nod from the entranced dino as her pupils shrunk to pinpricks. “No need to think, no need to fight… jusssst relaxssss and enjoy the sssshow~”
The dino broke into a silly smile as the snake’s words reached her non-existent ears. The Black Jewel said she wasn’t very good at thinking! Thank goodness she didn’t have to do it to enjoy the colors. She could just watch… and… relax…
“That’ssss it, no more worriessss or aggressssion,” the snake cooed as DinoMighty’s smile grew wider, swirls of color spinning through her eyes as her tail began to wag. “And trussst me, I can make it even better.”
“Armssss up and out in front of you, dear,” the snake cooed, and before she knew it, DinoMighty was raising her arms, eager for whatever the snake had in store for her, any thought of how she was obeying someone other than the Black Jewel drowned out in a sea of rainbow bliss. “March to me. Let every sssstep deepen your trusssst in me, make every word out of my mouth ssssink in that much more, and mosssst of all, remind you of how good a girl you are to obey~”
The snake backed away, and the now-drooling dino mindlessly marched after him, savoring the way every step sent tingles of pleasure spreading through her body. And why wouldn’t she? She was a good girl, listening to this trustworthy snake with pretty eyes. And she COULD trust him; he’d been nothing but nice, even when she growled and roared at him, and he was making her feel better than she ever had before.
“Good girl! You love obeying, don’t you?” the snake gleefully praised, and DinoMighty had never nodded faster, giving a roar of agreement. “It only makessss sssenssse. You’re doing what you’re sssupposssed to, ssso of courssse obeying your massster makessss you feel good, jussst asss a good pet ssshould!”
DinoMighty’s mouth fell open into a goofy grin, her tongue lolling out as it all sank in. The snake- no, her MASTER - was right. It all made perfect sense! He was her master, and as a good pet, she wanted and was supposed to obey him. And obedience felt GOOD.
“Now, give your hipssss a ssssway for me asss you walk. Sssshow off that lovely body of yoursss for your Masssster Kaa,” her master chuckled, giving her a scritch under her chin with his tail.
The dino eagerly strutted after Kaa, hands on her hips as she put her all into each sway, blushing and tail wagging even faster as she drank in how her master admired her curves, silently telling her how pretty she was, maybe even downright beautiful. She batted her eyes, blew a kiss as she neared him… and bent over, keeping eye contact from between her legs, and vigorously shook her rump.
From the grin on her master’s face, he VERY much appreciated the show.
“While I imagine it’sssss really jussst a formality at thissss point,” the snake smirked. “There’sss sssssomething I alwayssss do to sssseal the deal with a new pet. Sssstand up, dear~”
DinoMighty immediately rose to her feet, looking at Kaa curiously, eager to see what he had in store for her.
“That’ssss it. Now,” the snake smiled. “Pucker up.”
Before she knew it, the dino had pulled her tongue back in, closed her mouth and obediently puckered up… just in time for her master to lunge forwards and plant his lips on hers.
DinoMighty blushed beet red as a PING! rang out in her empty head, and broke into the silliest, happiest grin of her life. She ecstatically kissed back, and when a forked tongue poked at her lips, she naturally responded by shooting out her own tongue.

“MMPH!” Kaa let out a startled, muffled, confused yelp as a round and oddly sticky object bigger than his head slammed into his open mouth, the snake suddenly finding himself shooting backwards. Kaa instinctively clamped down on the object as he came to an abrupt halt, letting out another yelp as his body was flung into a wall.
“Owwwww… muh bckkk…” Kaa groaned through… whatever was in his mouth at the moment. What had even-
Then it hit him (thankfully not literally this time).
He’d gotten caught up enough in entrancing her that the fact DinoMighty’s tongue ended in a strange ball, the same kind her tail ended in, had completely slipped his mind!
“Whuh alwez meh?” Kaa grumbled. Really, luck like this was why he’d given up on eating the mancub! Oh well, even if she was too big to coil and making out wasn’t an option, he could still have fun with his new pet. Shaking himself off, the snake spat out the ball.
Or at least, he tried to.
Kaa hacked, coughed and spit but the ball didn’t budge. The snake tried to shake himself off but only succeeded in shaking his body, just barely dangling off the ground.
Kaa’s eyes widened in dawning horror.
The ball was sticky. Not to the point of being impossible to get off of if you grabbed it… but enough that his lips and mouth didn’t have the strength to pry themselves off it.
The snake frantically looked around for something to coil to try and pry his way free… and his gaze settled on DinoMighty.
DinoMighty, who only just now seemed to be realizing she couldn’t feel her master’s lips on hers.
DinoMighty… who seemed to be turning her head in the wrong direction.
“DNOMGHTY!!!” Kaa let out a muffled yell as the tongue turned with her and sent him flying again.

DinoMighty would’ve scratched her head if her arms could reach.
Where had Master gone?
The dinosaur looked back and forth, letting her tongue loll out as she did. They were having such a nice time, getting affectionate with each other. Then she’d shut her eyes to savor the kiss and makeout, but the makeout never started.
Had he left her?
DinoMighty immediately shook her head. Of course he wouldn’t! She was his pet and he wanted her to serve him!
So wherever he was right now, he was probably having a good time thinking of all the fun they’d have together like she was!

“AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!” Kaa screamed as he was flailed back and forth by his latest pet.
How… HOW was she this oblivious?!
She’d been looking for him for the last few minutes, somehow missing the long green snake she was whipping around every time, to the point he was starting to question if she needed an eye exam.
On the bright side, it had at least loosened the ball in his mouth.
Kaa wrapped around a nearby pillar as DinoMighty turned again… and the ball was pulled free.
“Oh thank goodnesssss,” he gasped… and finally got his pet’s attention.
DinoMighty responded with a gasp of her own… and promptly leapt towards him with her arms outstretched for a hug.
“WAITWAITWAITWAITWAITWAIT-”
*Splat*

DinoMighty got up from her landing, gleefully embracing… nothing.

The snake reached down with his tail and rapidly rubbed it against her belly.
“Who’ssss a good girl? Who’ssss a good girl?!” Kaa gleefully asked, earning an delighted roar from DinoMighty as her tail flailed behind her, and tongue hung from her panting mouth.
“That’ssss right, you are!” Kaa grinned. “Oh, you are going to be ssssso much fun once you’re properly trained!”

And she COULD trust him; he’d been nothing but nice, even when she growled and roared at him, and he was making her feel better than she ever had before.
“Good girl! You love obeying, don’t you?” the snake gleefully praised, and DinoMighty had never nodded faster, giving a roar of agreement. “It only makessss sssenssse. You’re doing what you’re sssupposssed to, ssso of courssse obeying your massster makessss you feel good, jussst asss a good pet ssshould!”
DinoMighty’s mouth fell open into a goofy grin, her tongue lolling out as it all sank in. The snake- no, her MASTER - was right. It all made perfect sense! He was her master, and as a good pet, she wanted and was supposed to obey him. And obedience felt GOOD.
“Now, give your hipssss a ssssway for me asss you walk. Sssshow off that lovely body of yoursss for your Masssster Kaa,” her master chuckled, giving her a scritch under her chin with his tail.
The dino eagerly strutted after Kaa, hands on her hips as she put her all into each sway, blushing and tail wagging even faster as she drank in how her master admired her curves, silently telling her how pretty she was, maybe even downright beautiful. She batted her eyes, blew a kiss as she neared him… and bent over, keeping eye contact from between her legs, and vigorously shook her rump.
From the grin on her master’s face, he VERY much appreciated the show.
“While I imagine it’sssss really jussst a formality at thissss point,” the snake smirked. “There’sss sssssomething I alwayssss do to sssseal the deal with a new pet. Sssstand up, dear~”
DinoMighty immediately rose to her feet, looking at Kaa curiously, eager to see what he had in store for her.
“That’ssss it. Now,” the snake smiled. “Pucker up.”
Before she knew it, the dino had pulled her tongue back in, closed her mouth and obediently puckered up… just in time for her master to lunge forwards and plant his lips on hers.
DinoMighty blushed beet red as a PING! rang out in her empty head, and broke into the silliest, happiest grin of her life. She ecstatically kissed back, and when a forked tongue poked at her lips, she naturally responded by shooting out her own tongue.

“MMPH!” Kaa let out a startled, muffled, confused yelp as a round and oddly sticky object bigger than his head slammed into his open mouth, the snake suddenly finding himself shooting backwards. Kaa instinctively clamped down on the object as he came to an abrupt halt, letting out another yelp as his body was flung into a wall.
“Owwwww… muh bckkk…” Kaa groaned through… whatever was in his mouth at the moment. What had even-
Then it hit him (thankfully not literally this time).
He’d gotten caught up enough in entrancing her that the fact DinoMighty’s tongue ended in a strange ball, the same kind her tail ended in, had completely slipped his mind!
“Whuh alwez meh?” Kaa grumbled. Really, luck like this was why he’d given up on eating the mancub! Oh well, even if she was too big to coil and making out wasn’t an option, he could still have fun with his new pet. Shaking himself off, the snake spat out the ball.
Or at least, he tried to.
Kaa hacked, coughed and spit but the ball didn’t budge. The snake tried to shake himself off but only succeeded in shaking his body, just barely dangling off the ground.
Kaa’s eyes widened in dawning horror.
The ball was sticky. Not to the point of being impossible to get off of if you grabbed it… but enough that his lips and mouth didn’t have the strength to pry themselves off it.
The snake frantically looked around for something to coil to try and pry his way free… and his gaze settled on DinoMighty.
DinoMighty, who only just now seemed to be realizing she couldn’t feel her master’s lips on hers.
DinoMighty… who seemed to be turning her head in the wrong direction.
“DNOMGHTY!!!” Kaa let out a muffled yell as the tongue turned with her and sent him flying again.

DinoMighty would’ve scratched her head if her arms could reach.
Where had Master gone?
The dinosaur looked back and forth, letting her tongue loll out as she did. They were having such a nice time, getting affectionate with each other. Then she’d shut her eyes to savor the kiss and makeout, but the makeout never started.
Had he left her?
DinoMighty immediately shook her head. Of course he wouldn’t! She was his pet and he wanted her to serve him!
So wherever he was right now, he was probably having a good time thinking of all the fun they’d have together like she was!

“AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!” Kaa screamed as he was flailed back and forth by his latest pet.
How… HOW was she this oblivious?!
She’d been looking for him for the last few minutes, somehow missing the long green snake she was whipping around every time, to the point he was starting to question if she needed an eye exam.
On the bright side, it had at least loosened the ball in his mouth.
Kaa wrapped around a nearby pillar as DinoMighty turned again… and the ball was pulled free.
“Oh thank goodnesssss,” he gasped… and finally got his pet’s attention.
DinoMighty responded with a gasp of her own… and promptly leapt towards him with her arms outstretched for a hug.
“WAITWAITWAITWAITWAITWAIT-”
*Splat*

DinoMighty got up from her landing, gleefully embracing… nothing.
The dino looked around in confusion, before her gaze finally settled on a very flat snake on the floor.
“Owwwww…” Kaa moaned.
DinoMighty roared in horror and pulled him off the ground as gingerly as she could with her nails, looking at her master in concern. She raised him to her lips, pressed hers to his, and blew.
The snake bulged like a balloon, eyes bugging out from the sheer amount of air, before everything popped back into shape.
DinoMighty happily hugged her dazed master, contentedly growling as she nuzzled him.
“Very… very ssssweet of you, pet, but PLEASSSSE don’t do that again,” Kaa managed to get out as he shook himself off. “The belly flop, or tackle, or whatever that wasssss, I mean.”
DinoMighty looked crestfallen.
“It’sss all right, hugssss are perfectly fine, you jusssst need to be lessss rough about it,” Kaa hastily reassured her. “In fact, to sssshow there’ssss no hard feelings…”
The snake reached down with his tail and rapidly rubbed it against her belly.
“Who’ssss a good girl? Who’ssss a good girl?!” Kaa gleefully asked, earning an delighted roar from DinoMighty as her tail flailed behind her, and tongue hung from her panting mouth.
“That’ssss right, you are!” Kaa grinned. “Oh, you are going to be ssssso much fun once you’re properly trained!”
