Tiger Dazzle is a character I adopted about a couple of years ago, and wanted to redesign in anthro form, because her concept is way too awesome not to put to use. As someone who has an eye for the bombastic, dazzling, and vibrant, she caught my eye instantly, and I knew she'd fit in perfect amongst my own roster of OCs.
