Seems like we've got Agent M (or Manny the Mongoose) to wear the OWCA Pamps, he does enjoy them a lot but not this time because of the colour he has to wear.
This is my first time drawing him and he's not on screen very much so sorry if he looks a little off. Also he doesn't wear this type of OWCA fedora but I figured I might as well include it just so it's the same like with the Agent D drawings!
