A very much literal greedy pig, Joto Mandini lives only with the hopes of striking rich. He’s a sucker for anything with a high value, and will do whatever it takes to make sure him and his partner Johari can become filthy rich by any means, whether it be from gold, or gemstones. Joto, despite coming off as an idealist, is a toadie, and likes to suck up to other people to make sure he can get a cut of the profit pie. To the Pack, Joto only gets admiration from Muliwai, but otherwise his obnoxious voice and squealing is enough to drive others crazy.

Joto has accidentally used shaman magic only once, and told himself never to use it again, partly because it’s super dangerous. Joto can draw up lava and hot magma from the ground and make it erupt from the crust. He mostly ever uses the lava-control when he’s off on his excavations for gold, but ten times out of ten, his magma-spewing powers always end in disaster. It’s only thanks to his partner Johari that the situation can’t get any worse.
