I imagine they aren't as powerful as the versions mounted on the actual Aggressor class, since the entire ship needed to be built around those two cannons - they couldn't even have any other weapons besides a pair of turbolaser turrets for defense.
Why Tyber Zann decided to make one of those his flagship is beyond me - there's a reason the Imperial Navy rejected the Aggressor.
