✔ Use the character for personal use (OC, RPG, stories, posts, etc.)
✔ Draw the character in your own style
✔ Slightly change the colors, clothes, and details without problem
✔ Create lore, personality, and anything else you want for the character
✔ Resell for the same price or cheaper (if the artist allows)
✔ Always give credit to the original artist when posting
✔ Request commissions from other artists using the character
✔ Use the adopt freely after purchase

❌ NOT ALLOWED
✖ Claim you created the original design
✖ Resell for a higher price than you paid
✖ Use for commercial purposes without authorization
✖ Change the character so much that it becomes unrecognizable
✖ Use the adopt for NFT, AI, or similar things
✖ Remove or hide the creator's credits
✖ Request a refund after purchase
✖ Copy the design to create another identical character

💰 PAYMENT / AUCTION

MI: $20 | AB: $100

• MI (Minimum Increase): minimum amount to increase a bid
• AB (Auto Buy): amount to buy immediately
→ whoever pays AB first, wins ✨

Example:
MI: R$10 | AB: R$100
Current bid R$50 → next bid must be R$60 or more.

❗For an additional $20 you will receive a reference sheet of the character!

If you win, you have the option to add the reference sheet to the total payment!

Example: If you win $60, you can add the reference sheet and pay $80.

• Full payment only (no installments)

• 24h to pay after confirmation
• No payment within the deadline = adopt goes back for sale

• Holds only if discussed beforehand
• Maximum hold time: 7 days

• No refunds after payment
• Exceptions only in case of my mistake or duplicate payment
