In every couple there's ups and downs, moments of happiness and care, as well as fractures and causes of distrust... and, sometimes, some of this have to be related to your partner's family.
After his first meeting with Fenrick's dad, which happened way before they hooked up, Ukemi developed a crush for the Big Bad Wolf, even if in doing so he risked his life. Even now, from time to time, he still thinks about Hector, daydreaming of him, like in this case, if he sees him, or even his wanted poster.
Not that Fenrick can stand it: when Ukemi does this, it really pisses the young wolf off, as of all people Ukemi flusters about his father... and so, as in a tavern the human proceeds to do again, Fen reminds him who his actual boyfriend is, with a thunderous slap in the back of the head.
It will take some effort for Ukemi to be forgiven by Fenrick, but it is indeed deserved: you cannot simply thirst about your partner's dad, right in front of him, and not expect consequences, am I right?
