Probably some clause that will forcibly make Robert take Leroy’s position as Lucius’ Lion coach for his program, which probably isn’t canon.
Although we don’t get to properly see Leroy’s eyes without his sunglasses, Lucius makes an excellent Palpatine, he already does the “lighting hands” thing quite well when he was “escorting” Travis.
