"From a distant and vibrant kingdom, they came to the lands of Pharloom. These remarkable warriors are proud and majestic, considering themselves more than just defenders, knights, or scouts. They are brothers in arms, forged in harsh battles for a brighter future, united despite their differences (mostly in the interests of their superiors).
Their homeland was endangered by a daring follower of the "Abyss" cult. Despite the differences between their tribes, the band gathered for a common goal, and now that the dangerous criminal has escaped, they follow his trail and explore other kingdoms to learn how to prevent the malign influence of the "Living Darkness" from invading their homelands. They explore the fallen cultures and histories of bygone kingdoms (Hollownest) to understand how they dealt with the corrupting influence of the Abyss." This is a small part of my masterpost for an AU, which I plan to publish on my Tumblr blog. It's a crossover between COD and Hollow Knight (Silksong), so if you're interested, you can follow it either here or there. But I'll be posting parts of the story on Tumblr.
