It’s astonishing how far you can go, simply by putting one foot in front of the other.
I’ve finally put together a character sheet for myself, so now you can learn more about me! This sheet brings together three drawings of Sirius I’ve put together over the years. The front-facing pose is the very first drawing I made of the Charizard, all the way back in 2015, during a long, bumpy train ride! Meanwhile, the back pose is my most recent drawing at the time of writing, made in early 2025. It’s been a long journey, with much that’s happened along the way, and I can’t wait to see what the next 10 years will bring!
The headshots at the bottom of this image were made by the incomparable
WeisserRauch . Do go and check out his work. He’s fantastic!
If you’d like to read more about Sirius Weldon, about his world, his life, and the people he’s met along the way, feel free to take a look at two extensive stories that feature him:

Music forms an important part of my work. Each artwork and story I write comes with some musical suggestions which I believe emphasise the emotions of the work, and this piece is no exception. I suggest listening to the following when viewing this piece:
<Pokémon Theme (Gotta Catch 'Em All) – Ben Dixon>

<Viridian City – Jason Paige and Andre Betts>

In the poses, the Charizard was modelled on scenes of Ash’s Charizard from the Pokémon anime episode ‘Charizard Chills’, another episode whose title I didn’t log at the time (and still haven’t discovered again all these years later!), several poses of the Charizard model in Super Smash Bros Ultimate, and the 3D Charizard model from Pokédex 3D Pro. The bandanna was modelled on the bandanna of Emily’s Psyduck from the Pokémon anime episode ‘Sitting Psyduck’.
