I got the idea for this from cartoon episodes that follow a similar premise, like The Smurfs (1981) episode "Crying Smurfs" and The Powerpuff Girls episode "City of Frownsville". This is a sequel to a picture I made almost a year ago. This time, it wasn't caused by Bianca's spell, but by Sandy's invention that backfired. The scenario is like this. Sandy feels that not many appreciate her scientific genius so she has built a machine that changes everyone's mood so they will always be excited about her inventions. Unfortunately, when she turned it on just as she was about to unveil her new invention to a female crowd, she accidentally left the machine on "Sad" instead of "Joyful". And as the rays hit everyone, instead of cheering for her, they all break down in tears. Sandy, feeling that she failed, starts crying herself. In the crowd, Cream and Vanilla and Lola and Patricia are each sharing a mother-daughter hug.
Giggles’ bow and Petunia’s flower and air-freshener necklace are OpenHTF assets.
