Say hello to my OC, Atarah, a Deinonychus with the design made by TFSubmission!
Character info is down here!
Name: Atarah
Species: Deinonychus
Age: 63 million+
Height: 4’8 to 11’ 2
Abilities: Can see into the future and the path of certain beings. And can make time bubbles where time stops around her and anyone that is in the bubble.
Can change anyone to fit a path that would allow them to live a happy life.
Immune to spells, devices, potions, etc that are made to transform others, but can be changed by godlike beings, but will always change back later.
Special item: a piece of the meteor that struck Earth on a necklace she wears.
Bio: Atarah is a Deinonychus that lived right as the meteor struck Earth, causing the extinction of the dinosaurs. But unlike the rest, she managed to survive. While still, feral came across a part of the meteor that landed near her, touching it with her snout, the meteor glowed a pale blue, gifting her with sentience and immortality. While really only having the mind of a child at this point, she grabbed it and kept it by her side.
Millions of years later, her knowledge grew as the rest of her kind died out, her body changing as well, becoming more upright. Soon managing to make tools to defend herself from the new creatures that ruled the planet, mammals.
Her intelligence and knowledge grew further over the next few million years, and she also gained something else: power and the ability to see through time. The raptor could see events that were going to happen, far into the future, and through some tinkering, found that she could change some events like moving a stone just a little bit she saw the course of herds going in a different direction, yet some things she found that she could not change, as if time was telling that these events must happen. What she did find, however, was the ability to see different paths, and through this, she was able to change a fish into a mammal.
All was well and simple, but then she found interest in some primates that were starting to make tools, as she had long ago, and using them to hunt and, soon, create fire. She was fascinated and watched the primates with great interest.
Even as the primate evolved and became more complex, making social cues, forming tribes, and assigning certain genders and groups jobs, Atarah never lost interest. It would all change when she decided to leave her place to explore the planet, and when she came back, saw that the primates evolved into something new and were now creating structures, languages, and laws. Even with all her powers, she could not help but feel pride in these beings.
Later, a new group appeared: anthros of many different species, like humans in many ways but retaining their animal traits. During all this, she watched as the two groups warred, traded, and made alliances to keep the peace. Yet Atarah's attention was always on the humans; she loved how, despite everything, they succeeded. Going to new lands, discovering new metals, and learning so much not just about the land they were on, but what was up in the sky that they saw at night.
Atarah stayed as a spectator for the next 12000 years, only going in to help humans and anthros get a better life. And throughout all the bloody conflicts she saw, she felt no hate in her heart for the two groups; it was not in her to do that.
